When my human, Eleanor Webb, and I arrived, I could sense the excitement in the air, but I also felt an undercurrent of unease. That’s when I knew my job to protect Eleanor would be more important than ever.

Interviewer: It must have been quite an experience meeting Lila Evermore, the resident ghost of Evermore House. What was that like?

Aurora: Oh, meeting Lila was fascinating. She has a gentle spirit, but there’s a heaviness to her past. She deeply cares for the people around her, just like I do for Eleanor. Communicating with her was unique. While humans might struggle to understand, I could sense her feelings and intentions. Lila helped Eleanor see connections that were otherwise hidden, whispering hints about the mysteries we needed to solve.

Interviewer: How did you help lead Eleanor and your family to the clues?

Aurora: I allowed my instincts to guide me. I’ve learned to pick up on the smallest details that humans might overlook. During our investigation, I noticed a particular pattern in Lila’s movements and the way she interacted with the world. By following her subtle cues, I was able to lead Eleanor to significant locations that revealed crucial clues. It felt like a dance, an intricate combination of trust and intuition.

Interviewer: That sounds incredible! As a protector, how do you feel about your role in this cozy mystery?

Aurora: Protecting Eleanor is my top priority. Navigating the mysteries gives me a sense of purpose, and I also enjoy the companionship we share. The bond between a dog and their human is something special. Plus, every adventure brings us closer together, and I love seeing Eleanor grow as she tackles the challenges we face.
